View the Catering and Event Guide (PDF)! In order to ensure that "you receive what you order when you want it," new procedures are being initiated for catering requests. After you have communicated the order to the appropriate Food Service personnel, a confirmation summarizing the order will be sent to you.
Please verify the specifics and return a signed copy to Food Service. When possible, orders should be placed at least one week prior to the event. Special requests can usually be accommodated.
